Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection
Our Seller’s Inspection service will help you properly prepare to list your home. Instead of guessing the house’s condition and accidentally misrepresenting something, you can get the full picture of the home’s pros and cons. This also gives you the opportunity to repair certain items in advance so you can set a higher asking price and improve your odds of a quicker sale.

New Construction Inspection
Is your newly constructed home waiting for your final stamp of approval? Instead of rushing in, utilize our New Construction Inspection service to make sure you’re getting exactly what you paid for. Mistakes, accidents, and construction short-cuts are very common. This inspection will let you know if the contractors have more work to do before you move in.

11-Month/Builder’s Warranty Inspection
Your builder’s warranty is intended to help protect you against any construction defects, but the only way you can take full advantage of this opportunity is to get a Builder’s Warranty Inspection. After all, many construction-related issues aren’t noticeable by homeowners until they’ve become a serious issue. By that point, the warranty has usually expired. We’ll help you avoid making unnecessary payments for repairs that your warranty should cover.

4-Point Inspection
If you’re buying an older home, or if you already own one and want to switch to a new homeowner’s insurance company, you’re likely going to need a 4-Point Inspection service. We conduct this inspection to help insurers feel more comfortable extending new homeowner’s policies. During a 4-Point Inspection, we’ll check the condition of the home’s Roof, Plumbing System, Electrical System, and HVAC system.

Re-Inspections
Avoid making a potentially big mistake by booking a Re-Inspection. This is the perfect way to follow-up on your home repair addendum and make sure everything was completed to your satisfaction. Without a Re-Inspection, you’ll be relying solely on the contractors and seller, which could lead to an expensive repair bill down the line.

Wind Mitigation
Florida residents have much more to deal with than simply ensuring their home is in good shape. If you want to get the best possible homeowner’s insurance rate and to help protect your house from hurricanes, you’ll want to utilize our Wind Mitigation service. We will inspect features that are intended to reduce the impact of wind on your property and can issue a report for your insurer. We can also give you some suggestions for how to improve your home’s wind mitigation features.

Mold Inspection
Many people are worried about mold because it can exacerbate allergies and asthma. But did you know that mold can cause extensive damage to your home as well? Our Mold Inspection service will seek out mold in your home, along with areas of moisture that could soon become hotbeds of mold activity.

Water Testing
Do you know what’s in the water you’re drinking? Whether you’re a buyer or an existing owner, it’s always wise to get your water tested. We look for the presence of potentially harmful microorganisms, chlorine, and heavy metals. This service is available for wells and tap water (public and private water supply).

Pool and Spa Inspection
Most people dream of owning a home with a pool or a spa, and some people even get both. These are nice perks, but they also come with their own specific issues that can become very costly. With this inspection service, we’ll look closely at common problem areas such as the deck, pool or spa surface, and the mechanical equipment.

Thermal Imaging Scan
Our Buyer’s Home Inspection service comes with a free Thermal Imaging Scan. If you’re not getting a full inspection, you can opt for a Thermal Imaging Scan on its own. We use a Flir E5 Thermal Imaging camera to scan for energy and water leaks in your house. Finding and fixing these leaks can save you a great deal of money in the long run!
